Stephanie Burnette is a second-year master's candidate in the Biology Department at William & Mary. Her research interests are in using molecular and computational techniques to understand aquatic and community ecology. She is currently studying the impact of dams as anthropogenic disturbances on fish communities and investigating how these communities change after mitigation strategies have been applied.
