I will be starting my third year as a PhD student this fall at The Ohio State University, where I study phosphorus cycling at the sediment-water interface in streams and wetlands of the Lake Erie watershed. I completed my undergraduate degree in Environmental and Conservation Biology at Kent State University, where my research on phosphorus dynamics in Great Lakes coastal wetlands with the H2Ohio Wetland Monitoring Program sparked my interest in how agricultural nutrient loading shapes biogeochemical processes in aquatic systems.
