Noelle Patterson holds a PhD in Hydrologic Sciences and a BS in Biological Systems Engineering from University of California, Davis. Noelle is currently a Post Doctoral Researcher at Utah State University, developing methods to improve flood inundation mapping on a national scale with advisors Dr. Colin Phillips and Dr. Belize Lane.
