Hello! I'm Hanna Innocent, a research analyst at Florida International University. I received my BS in wildlife ecology and conservation from the University of Florida and my MS in biological sciences from Florida International University. For my thesis I studied how benthic and planktonic diatom assemblages responded to TN:TP ratios in Lake Okeechobee, FL. I'm starting my PhD in this fall at the University of Alabama, continuing to study algal ecology in streams. It's my second time at SFS as an Emerge fellow!
