My name is Sadie Gray, and I am currently a graduate student in Dr. Camille McNeely's lab at Eastern Washington University. I received a bachelor's in environmental science at the University of Maine at Farmington, where I began working in freshwater systems researching zooplankton in high elevation lakes and ponds. In recent years I have continued working on lakes across Maine monitoring water quality and managing invasive species. I decided to pursue a master's in biology at Eastern to research macroinvertebrates and metals in the Spokane River Watershed. I'm excited about everything to do with freshwater from lakes to rivers and am excited for my future in the field.
