Jered is a Texas State University MSc student who is researching the differences in community composition structure, consumer trophic positions, and basal resource utilization among hydrologically distinct segments along the San Saba River near Central Texas. Jered is expected to defend his MS thesis in summer 2026 and hopes to continue to stay within the Central Texas region aiding in the research of surface water drying and its potential effects on biological communities.
