Benjamin Block is an Aquatic Ecologist and Data Analyst with Tetra Tech, with eight years of experience in aquatic research focused primarily on Clean Water Act support projects, including numeric biocriteria development and stressor identification of impaired waters. He applies expertise in stressor–response relationships to water quality and biological criteria establishment, nonpoint source pollution assessments, site classification, and broader ecological assessments, while also providing technical support in data analysis, GIS, R/RShiny, and reporting. As of 2026, he leads the Ecological Analytics and Model Group’s Ecology Subgroup.
